How to Maximize Your Results on our Max Products

- There are two pouches that go on an empty stomach-one before breakfast and one before lunch. Consider taking these packs 15 minutes before your meal the first few days and then back them away from you meals until you’re taking them 30-45 minutes before you’re meal. If you forget to take these packets as directed just take them as soon as you remember even as late as with you’re meal. However, understand that the closer you take to the meal the less appetite control you may have for that meal. In addition, there are two pouches that go with food. Always take these with food. You may do these both with breakfast or both with lunch or one packet with each meal.
- Drink at least 8-10 glass of water each day. We want to continually flush our system to speed weight loss. In addition, this is a good, healthy habit to learn whether you wish to lose weight or not.
- Eat a minimum of 3 meals each day. An important part of boosting your metabolism is having adequate food to metabolize. Your ability to take control over bad food choices including fats and sugars will soon take effect. This system is designed to decrease your cravings for these types of food. However, if you skip meals or reduce you’re intake too much it will be difficult if not impossible for you to lose weight and/or inches. By the way, coffee and toast does not a meal make!
- Most people need to increase their protein intake – especially women. On easy way to do that is to enjoy our Meal Replacement Shake for breakfast. It’s delicious and a great source of easy to digest protein.
- Be sure to weight and measure, especially if your goal is to lose weight or lean down. Do this the day before you start your products. Then repeat this about every 2 weeks. Don’t be overly concerned with the scale. You most important record of success will be you’re measurements and how your clothing fits.
REMEMBER: Your body will be acclimating to the products. Most people have never introduced this much good nutrition into their body. You may experience some oddities most of which will cease withing 3-5 days.
- Some people experience waking in the night the first day or two. As you become acclimated to the products this will stop and in fact, most people experience improved sleep patterns as they get healthier on our products
- Some people are simply “just not hungry” on our products the first day or two. Please understand you MUST EAT whether you feel hungry or not at least 3 meals. This will normalize in a few days and you’ll be hungry, and over time you’ll crave better foods.
- Some people feel a little overstimulated, this too will generally pass in 2-3 days. If you do, if you’ll simply have something to eat it will pass.
Celebrate the fact that AdvoCare Max is not a program of deprivation, but of health and wellness. Our products work in harmony with your body. Your body needs a minimum of 3 meals per day and 8-10 glasses of water with or without AdvoCare’s products.
