24 Day Challenge Time Line – CLEANSE PHASE – Days 1-3
Before you start DON’T FORGET to weight and measure and record on your measurement sheet.

| Lunch | Protein with vegetables (such as chicken salad, low-carb sub/wrap, salmon and broccoli, etc) |
| Before Snack | Spark + 3 Catalyst – wait 30 minutes |
