24 Day Challenge Time Line – CLEANSE PHASE – Days 1-3

Before you start DON’T FORGET to weight and measure and record on your measurement sheet.

Day 1 Day 2 Day 3    
      Upon Rising Spark Energy Drink + 3 Catalyst – wait 30 minutes to do Fiber Drink
      Before Breakfast Fiber Drink (Cleanse Box) + follow immediately w/ 2 glasses of water – wait 30 minutes
      Breakfast Meal Replacement Shake for Breakfast
      Mid-Morning Snack Fruit is best for cleansing.  Add in boiled eggs or plain oatmeal if needed
      Lunch Salad or greens with lean protein and complex carbs
      Mid -Afternoon Snack Nuts, seeds, raw veggies or fruit.  Rice cake w/natural nut butters.*Optional:  Spark Energy Drink + 3 Catalyst if tired
      Dinner Lean Protein with lightly cooked vegetables*Optional:  4-6 Omegaplex (After dinner snack if needed – fruit)
      Bedtime Herbal Cleanse Tablets with water

Drink 2 glasses of water between each meal with your total daily goal of 1 gallon – about 10 large glasses – monitor your water intake below.

Breakfast Meal Replacement Shake + both MNS  white packets (two packets that say “with meal”)
Mid-Morning Snack  Hard boiled eggs  or handful of almonds or walnuts
Before Lunch 2nd MNS Packet – wait 30 minutes
Lunch Protein with vegetables (such as chicken salad, low-carb sub/wrap, salmon and broccoli, etc)
Before Snack Spark + 3 Catalyst – wait 30 minutes
Mid -Afternoon Snack Nuts, seeds, raw veggies or fruit.  Rice cake w/natural nut butters.
Dinner Lean Protein with lightly cooked vegetables*Optional:  4-6 Omegaplex  (After dinner snack if needed – fruit)
Before Daily Workout 3 catalyst – if you don’t workout during the day then 3 catalyst in the evening before bedtime
